James A. Martin, Jr. is a founding partner and former President of Harvey & Martin, P.C. Mr. Martin and has participated in tax and accounting engagements either as the managing partner or associate partner for clients in the Construction, Manufacturing and Professional Services Industries.

He has testified as an expert witness and assisted the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA) in audits of Construction Claims, Overhead Rates, Buy America as well as audits of the Authority’s Internal Accounting Procedures since 1983.

He graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Accounting. He is licensed as a CPA by the State of Massachusetts and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s (MSCPA), and Florida Institute of CPA’s.

Mr. Martin has served on various charitable boards in the Merrimack Valley.
