Refund Policy: We are committed to your satisfaction. In view of the specialized services we provide, we do not currently provide refunds. In the event of a billing error, we will promptly correct the error and refund any amounts that were billed in error.

Return Policy: Given the nature of our services, there is typically no need for product returns. However, if you have any concerns regarding the quality of our services or need to discuss a specific issue, please get in touch with one of our team members and we will work to promptly address your concerns.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise where you no longer require our services or choose not to continue using our services. We respect your decision and have the following cancellation policies.

  • Right to Discontinue Services: You may discontinue services with our company if you are dissatisfied with our services or for any other reason. We value your feedback and encourage you to communicate your concerns to our team.
  • Payment for Services Rendered: All services provided up to the date of cancellation will be billed and must be paid in full in accordance with your service agreement or payment terms. We consider theses services as completed and they will be invoiced accordingly.
  • Cancellation Notice: To initiate the cancellation process info@hmpccpa.com to inform of us your decision. We will guide you through the process to ensure that your request is processed in accordance with your service agreement.
